INVESTING IN THE FUTURE
Northwest SEED is leveraging our experience to help the region's educational institutions invest in renewable energy. Through the Green Campus Initiative we educate, encourage, and empower college and university stakeholders to commit to the growing renewable energy movement through the purchase of green tags and/or the development of their own on-site renewable energy projects. By providing campus decision makers and student leaders with information and tools to explore clean alternatives to meet their energy needs, we are contributing to a model for sustainable campus communities that can be emulated throughout the Pacific Northwest, and the entire nation.

The Initiative's website, nwgreencampus.org, provides an overview of energy related campus sustainability topics, and is intended to facilitate the growth of the college and university "green energy" movement in the Pacific Northwest.
