Rural Energy Development for Washington staff will discuss grants, utility incentives, tax subsidies and financing support are available to help farmers and rural small businesses purchase new energy-efficient equipment or install small-scale renewable energy systems. Interested in USDA's Rural Energy for America Program (REAP)? Grants are available for eligible agricultural producers and rural small businesses for up to 25% of project costs. Grant applications will be due on March 30th 2012.
